General Dentistry Opportunity in North Carolina *High Earnings & Partnership Potential*

COMPENSATION AND PERKS:

Compensation Structure: 30% of collections

Estimated Annual Collections:

• $1M for bread and butter dentistry
• $1.2M - $1.3M for specialty providers

Estimated Earnings:

• $300K - $390K annually based on collections

Partnership Opportunity: Available after 12 months of employment

FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Well-established practice with a newly built office (2015)
• 6 operational operatories, with 4 more being built
• Fully paperless practice utilizing advanced technology including Digital X-rays, CBCT, iTero Scanner, Laser Hard/Soft Tissue, and Dentrix EMR
• Opportunity to perform general dentistry procedures, including fillings, root canals, extractions, and cosmetic procedures (veneers, crowns, laser treatments)
• Opportunity to perform advanced procedures such as implants, orthodontics, and sedation dentistry
• Average patient load of 16-20 patients per day
• Work with a dedicated team of hygienists and administrative staff
• Opportunity for additional hours at a partner location (no requirement to work at multiple sites)

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• 3 to 5 years of experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in general dentistry procedures
• Local anesthesia permit required
• Ability to place implants, experience with CAD/CAM and cosmetic procedures is a plus
• Skills in endodontics, oral surgery, perio surgery, sleep dentistry, and Invisalign are highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Long-term commitment desired
• Path to ownership/partnership available
• The practice uses Dentrix EMR and Romexis Digital Radiography
• No requirement to work in more than one location
• Will work with a team of hygienists
