Practice Information:

• Fully remodeled facility (5 years ago)
• Equipped with five operatories, digital X-rays, portable X-rays, and two dentist offices
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system: Next Gen and Escribe
• Staff includes 1 Dental Hygienist and 2 Dental Assistants
• Average daily patient volume: 8 to 10
• Open to new graduates
• H1 visa sponsorship available
• Flexible schedule: Choose between 4x10 or 8x5, with hours from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No on-call duties

Financial Package:

• Competitive compensation: $170K to $220K
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance: $22K (half paid at signing, the rest upon start)
• 2-year service agreement: If the provider leaves early, 100% of the sign-on and relocation assistance must be repaid
• Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance: $1K
• Loan repayment options: NHCS or State of Montana programs

Responsibilities:

• Review patient medical histories and records
• Prepare patients for dental procedures, including administering sedation or anesthesia
• Conduct oral examinations using X-rays and diagnostic tools to assess dental health
• Clean teeth, removing plaque and tartar
• Identify and treat tooth decay with fillings
• Design and place dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, and dentures
• Provide teeth-whitening treatments
• Perform extractions, root canals, and surgical procedures on oral tissues and bones
• Prescribe necessary medications for treatment
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, including brushing, flossing, and fluoride use
• Promote preventive dental care and manage regular check-ups
