Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Hourly Rate: $45–$50 per hour, depending on experience.
• Sign-On & Relocation Bonus: $5,000 (combined with a 2-year commitment).

Qualifications

• Degree: Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Licensure: Must have or be eligible for Montana RDH licensure.
• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced professionals.
• Skillset:
  • Proficient in dental cleaning, oral health education, and preventive care.
  • Comfortable working with patients of all ages in a rural, community-focused setting.
  • Familiarity with digital X-rays and EMR systems (NextGen & Escribe preferred).
