Job Description

Elevate Healthcare Consultants is currently seeking Locum General Dentist for our client in Texas.


Dates Needed: SEPT - 30 through OCT - 25


Mon - Fri; Hours would be 8am-5pm

Support Staff & Clinical Environment:

General Dentistry Clinic that sees Medicaid, Adult and Pediatric patients.

All offices are fully staffed with:

1 front office, 1 OM, 4 Ops, 3 Dental Assistants. 1 hygienist.


Bread and Butter Procedures - fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals (preferred not required).

Average Patients/shift? 15 PPD

Patient Ages/Percentage Breakdown: 60% Adult / 40% Teens-peds


Required Certifications: Medicaid enrollment

Medicare/Medicaid: Required

CPR : Basic Life Savings


EMR: Open Dental

**Client will pay for travel and lodging
