We are seeking a General Dentist to join our close-knit, experienced team at an established practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide advanced dental care to an established patient base, primarily retired military officers and older adults. With a supportive environment and a focus on growth, this position also offers potential partnership opportunities for the right provider.

Practice Details

• Treat a patient demographic of primarily retired military officers and individuals 50+ years of age.
• Provide General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, and Ortho (straight wire) services.
• Facility includes 8 operatories, 2 consultation rooms, 1 large doctor’s office (shared among 3 dentists), and 1 spacious break room.
• Equipped with CBCT and intra-oral scanner technology in a modern, attractive building with ample parking.
• Opportunity for future partnership and leadership within the practice.

Work Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Friday: 8 AM – 2 PM
• Virtual on-call responsibilities (e.g., calling in prescriptions). Any emergency patient visits will be covered by Dr. Morales.
• Collaborate with 2 full-time hygienists (one works 4 days/week, the other 5 days/week) and a team of assistants (1 assistant per operatory).

Qualifications

• Texas Dental License required.
• Experience in General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, and Ortho (straight wire) services preferred.
• Seeking a provider with minimal need for mentorship.
• Ideal candidate will bring expertise and professionalism to meet the diverse needs of our patient community.

Compensation & Benefits

• Independent Contractor position offering 30% of production or collections (provider’s choice).
• Potential to generate $60,000–$100,000/month in production.
