The owner is looking to add an additional associate to her practice. She has owned the office for 4.5 years and the office has been around since 2000.
This is a very high producing Out of Network, Geriatric practice

2 Hygienists and 4 Assistants but adding additional staff
Chairs and office remodel are 2 years old
Amazing equipment with Sedation
Owner is IV Sedation Certified and Orofacial Pain Fellow
The anesthesiologist comes once a month
Lots of options to grow
3 or 4-day work week - full time
85th Percentile fee schedule
100% Cash Pay and 100% Collections

$800 - $1000 / day guarantee
30% + Production on a sliding scale
