Locum General Dentist (w/ peds) or Pediatric Certified Dentist needed in WA starting in October!
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Start date and length of assignment: October 2024 to December 2024.
- Schedule: 3 days/week (flexible on which days)
- Hours: 8am-5pm
- 100% peds
- Cases: stainless steel crowns, extractions, and pulpotomies
- Volume: 25-40 between hygiene and op
- Credentialing: 30-60 days or 1-2 weeks with Medicaid
- Reason for vacancy: Maternity leave
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be licensed in WA
- Pediatric Certified Dentist or General Dentist comfortable with Pediatrics
