Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist
Practice Details
- Family-oriented dental practice with 30+ years of service.
- 5 operatories, providing general dentistry and implants.
- Team includes 1 full-time dentist, 1 implant specialist, and 2 hygienists.
- Hygienist duties: cleanings, fluoride treatments, scaling, x-rays, and implant prep.
Qualifications
- Must have a Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license.
- X-ray certification required by Pennsylvania.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Implant experience is a bonus, but willingness to learn is essential.
Work Schedule
- 4-day workweek: Mon-Wed (8 AM - 5 PM), Thurs (8 AM - 6 PM).
- No on-call responsibilities.
- Hygienist sees 10-12 patients daily.
- Appointments are 45-60 minutes, varies with double-booking.
Compensation & Benefits
- $35/hr - $45/hr based on experience. (some flexibility)
- Health insurance (BCBS) with a contribution from practice.
- 401(k) with 3% contribution after 1 year, PTO after 90 days.
- 6 paid holidays and potential CE allowance.
