We are searching for a full time Pedodontist with a minimum of three years experience in pediatric dentistry to join our team in Sealy, TX. Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Competitive Compensation and Career Growth: Attractive Initial Compensation: Offering a competitive per diem rate of $1,700 per day or 35% of collections, whichever is greater, for the first six months ensures a substantial income from the outset. Transition to Full-Time Role: After six months, the position transitions to a full-time W2 role, providing stability, benefits, and potential for long-term growth within the practice. Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from an accredited dental school.
• Board certification from the ABPD
• Completion of a specialized residency program in pediatric dentistry, accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Sedation and PALS Certifications are highly preferred.
• Licensed in Texas or able to obtain.
