A bilingual Dentist is needed for the FQHC in San Antonio, TX
NEW Grads are welcome
Do not accept Visa candidates
M - F 8-5
283 monthly encounters
EMR is NexGen
Will had a dedicated DA and Hygienist
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
COMP MODEL: Base Salary + Incentives (Productivity, RVUs)
- Starting base pay = $145,000 + DOE
- Annual Merit Increase: 3%

403(b) w/ 4% employer match
SICK: 10 days/year
VAC: Year 1-5 = 15 days/year; Year 5-9 = 18 days/year; Year 10+ = 20 days/year
HOL: 7 + 2 floating
CME: 5 days + $2,000 allowance
Stipend for Board Recertification fees
Loan Repayment: NHSC eligible site
HPSA = 21
