• Private Group started in 2012 - “patient first” philosophy• Location of need - La Vergne (18 miles from Nashville)
• Part time (3 day) or Full-Time (4-5day) work week options
• Network of offices with 4 locations in Greater Nashville area
• 3OPS, 2 Hygiene chairs, 1 office Manager, 2 Assistants, and 1 Hygienist
• Majority of team is bi-ingual (Arabic, Spanish and English)
• General: local/nitrous
• 50+ New patients monthly
• Employed Position
• Partnership opportunity after 1 year
• Payer Mix : 70% Medicare and 30% PPO Insurance/Cash
• General Dentistry - Endo, Fillings, Extractions, Crowns, and Bridges
Preferred (but not mandatory) to be comfortable with Molar Endo, Surgical Extractions and Soft- Tissue Impacted Thirds
• Approved Lab Bills covered 100%
• EMR-Denticon
• Dentist-Owner willing to train on complex procedures (implants, sleep apnea, botox, etc)
Offering:
• Compensation is 32% Adjusted Production – First 90 days Daily Guarantee of up to $1000 or Production (whichever is higher)• Average Producer year 1 should make $250k
• 1 year commitment and 90 days notice after completion of first year
• Annual Malpractice Coverage up to $3,000 for Full-Time Doctors
