We have a DDS Perm role in Appleton, WI (30 minutes from Green Bay).

· Full Spectrum of dental offerings, including implants, endo, ortho, Invisalign, sleep apnea, and preventive
· 11ops with 2DDS, 4 Assistants, 3 RDH, 2 Front Desk, and 1 OM
· Payer Mix-60%FFS 40% Insurance (Including Delta)
· 100% Lab Fees covered
· Mentorship and Partnership available
· EMR- Eagle Soft
· Busy Office: Billed $3 million in 2023
· 25 new patients monthly
· Tenured and strong team
Compensation:
$200k base salary (for experienced) + 32-35% collectible production
Examples on production numbers (ranging from $80k -$140k monthly)
