A Thriving Private Family Dental Practice Seeking A General Dentist – Plainsboro, NJ

Our Client is an established Family Dentist with over 30 years of strong patient loyalty and a growing patient base, reflected in exceptional Yelp and Google reviews. Offers a clear partnership track, with the opportunity for partnership within 1-2 years and full OWNERSHIP in 4-5 years.
Initially seeking a part-time associate for 1-2 days per week, with potential to expand to additional days over time. Flexibility in scheduling is available. Current office hours are Mon, Tue, Fri from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Wed from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, and alternating Sat from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. (Thursdays closed.)
Compensation:
Guaranteed daily rate or a percentage of adjusted production, whichever is higher.
The practice offers a full range of dental treatments, including composites, crown and bridge work, extractions, root canals, and implant restorations. Equipped with a digital scanner for impressions and images, along with VELscope oral cancer screenings.
The ideal candidate excels in patient communication, is passionate about building lasting relationships, and has a clear aspiration for partnership and eventual ownership. While many factors influence ownership, this should be a key goal for the incoming doctor.
