Job Description
We are looking for a locum General Dentist for a huge reoccurring client in Crescent City, CA.
Crescent City, CA, the site of the Redwood National Park headquarters, as well as the historic Battery Point Light. My client is located right next to the Pacific Ocean, next to the infamous Highway 101 and just 20 miles south of the Oregon border.
We are looking for a General Dentist - DDS or DMD
Must have BLS, DEA and CA License
COVID Requirement: Primary series plus booster, regardless of date received OR 1 dose of the current COVID vaccine (2023/2024 formulation)
Looking for someone to start ASAP.
Must be able to commit to a 3 month assignment.
Standard schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5; Patient care is 36 hrs/week with 4 hrs of admin time.
Providers should expect to be scheduled for 9 patients for every 4hr clinic.
50/50 - kids/adults
2 chairs per dentist
EMR: EPIC - Exp preferred but not required; EMR support provided; Dragon Dictation available on request.
Client expects charts to be closed the day of the visit.
Support Staff:
2 Registered Dental Assistants per provider
1 DA per provider
Each clinic has 1 full-time hygienist
