FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Dentistry (DENT)
- Facility and Location: Dental office near Ft. Wayne, IN
- Start Date: June 2024 (2 weeks to credential)
- Duration: 3 months with an option to extend
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-7 PM, and Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
- Patients: Adults; 15-20 per shift
- Procedures: Restorative and general dentistry procedures
- Support Staff: EFDAs, dental assistants, and hygienists

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Dentistry (DENT)
- Must have earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM) degree
- Must have current BLS
- Must be licensed in Indiana or willing to obtain license
