Position:

· Start Date: End of June/ early July

· Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8 am – 5 pm (1 hour lunch)

· # of Dentist: 2 (Dentist in practice relocating)

· Support Staff: 3 DAs, 1 Hygienist, Dental Receptionist

· # of Ops: 7 Charis – 1 Hyg | 6 Production

· Procedures: Teeth cleaning, Fluoride & sealant treatments, Treatment plans, Fillings, Dental X-rays, Extractions, Special Needs Care

· Patient Ages: Primarily Adults, Ability to see more/less Peds if desired

· Census Daily/Annual : 8-10 Hyg, 10-14 production

Offering:

· Base Salary: $185-195k (mentioned possibility of adding production bonus)

· PTO: 4 weeks
