Practice Overview:

• Serving Eastern Wisconsin, From Green Bay to Milwaukee, and down to Kenosha

• Training and mentoring encouraged – Great opportunity for experienced and new graduates

• Available locations included Appleton (priority focus), Green Bay, Fond du Lac, and more.

Compensation and Benefits:

• 180K - 230K salary, commensurate of experience
• Up to 35 percent of Net Incentive – 400K potential
• Up to 75K “retention” bonus, payable over 5 years
• PTO: 3 weeks
• Sick leave: 5 days
• 7 National Holidays
• CE Allowance: 2,500
• 401K with 50 percent ER match after 2 years (up to 6 percent)

• Missouri – Rolla, community health, Up to 240K salary plus production incentives, 10K sign on
• Oklahoma – Ardmore, Marietta, or Madill – Private practice – Can train in implants and ortho, if desired – 250K plus
• Oklahoma – Stigler, Community Health, 175K salary, leadership
• Oregon – Burns, private practice of 50 years, teaching site for OHSU, 275K demonstrated income
• Mississippi – Ackerman, Private Practice, 235K plus
