I'm seeking candidates for an Associate Dentist role with a rapidly growing dental practice:

About the Practice:

• Ten-location dental group

• Invests heavily in continuing education

• Offers path to partnership

Role Specifics:

• Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm

• Daily patient load: 12-16

• Full spectrum of general dentistry procedures

Compensation & Growth:

• Choice of daily guarantee or 30% production bonus

• Yearly income potential up to $400,000

• Comprehensive benefits package with 401(k) matching

• Partnership track available after 2 years of service
