- Preferred Schedule: M 7:30a-6p, T 7:30a-7p, W 7:30a-7p, TH 7:30a-6p F 7:30a-5p
- Scope of Work: General Dentistry- Mostly fillings and extractions along with some endo, dentures, and crowns. No implants.
- Requirements: Active WI license and WI Medicaid enrollment
