About the POSITION:
General Dentist needed for FQHC in Hot Springs, AR
6 operatories
4 - 10 hours days
M - H work week
Everything is brand new in the dental clinic.
They have brand new Root Canal equipment if a dentist wants to do that. He is very open and progressive about procedures and what a dentist wants to do. He doesn't want a dentist who just wants to sit and do extractions.
Will work with 1 hygienist and they are hiring 1 more.
They see 12- 14 pats/day and they can easily get that up to 20 per day.
They bought a mobile dental unit and may have 1 time a month where they go out on that.
So much room for growth and potential for the dentist with this group!
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
Salary will be 175-185K plus productivity bonus
