Locum Tenens Florida Endodontics
Function: Endodontics
Facility Location: New Smyrna Beach, Florida
Assignment Dates: 1 day per week starting as soon as possible (Monday or Friday preferred), ongoing
Schedule/Shifts: Monday, 8 AM to 5 PM or Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
% inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient
Patient Volume: Average of 4 or 5 patients per day and 18 to 20 per month
Procedures: General endodontics
Support Staff: Yes, there are 32 employees
Type of Charting: Eaglesoft
Requirements: Florida Dental license, DEA Registration, ACLS, and BLS certification.
Reason for Need: The group is opening Endodontics in-house.
Credentialing Timeframe: 48 to 72 hours
Pay Rate: Negotiable
Travel and Lodging Provided? Yes
