Position:

• Self pay & PPO (No Medicaid)

• 1 assistant to each chair

• 2-5 day work week options

• Brackets & Invisalign with same day patients

• 6 Clinics and growing

• 60-75 patients per day

Compensation & benefits:

• Base plus production incentive

• Sign-on & Relocation

• Health Insurance

• 3% contribution to 401k

• 2 Weeks PTO
