Dental Treatment Coordinator

Titan Placement Group is searching for a Dental Treatment Coordinator in beautiful Sarasota, FL.

Sarasota, Florida is known for its beautiful beaches, particularly Siesta Key, its cultural attractions like The Ringling and Mote Aquarium, and its vibrant arts scene and shopping areas like St. Armands Circle.

This position is with an established FFS Surgical Office dedicated to providing top patient care and a great working environment.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: Up to $35 per Hour (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities

• Monday- Thursday Schedule, Fridays Off
• 7:15am till 4:30-5pm
• Explain proposed treatments and procedures, answering any questions patients may have.
• Schedule patient appointments, ensuring proper time allocation for procedures.
• Provide cost estimates for treatments and discuss payment options with patients.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as consent forms, is completed accurately.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment plans as necessary.Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth communication and effective patient care.

Requirements

• Previous Dental Experience Required
• Must Be Comfortable with Large Cases- $40k-$50k or Higher
• Offer Concierge Type of Experience
• Incredible Communication Skills
• Compassionate and Patient-Centered Care Approach
• Organized and Detail-Oriented
