Dental Hygienist needed in Illinois for a locum assignment.

Location: Champaign, IL
Dates: Dec 30-31 Jan 2-3
Hours: Mon 8a-5:30p, Tues 8a-3p, Thur 8a-5:30p, Fri 8a-3p

Clinical Staff: 1-2 docs depending on day of week, 5 DAs
Required procedures: Hygiene-perio charting, SRP w/arrestin, Scans, Tx planning

Location: Springfield, IL
Dates: Dec 26, 31
Hours: Thur 8a-5p, Tues 8a-3p

Clinical Staff: 1 doc, 4 DAs
Required procedures: Perio Charting, SRP with Arrestin, Scans, Tx planning
