Dental Hygienist - Lenexa, KS

Immediate opening for a full-time, or part-time, Registered Dental Hygienist at one of the most respected and highest rated practices in Kansas City metro.

• Ideally you are able to join us fulltime and work Monday-Thursday.
• Our hours are 7:30 to 4:30. We arrive at 7 and have a quick team huddle at 7:15.
• First patient at 7:30 and we are all done and going home by 4:30.
• Tues, Wed, and Thurs are our busiest days so if you are only able to work those days we would still like to talk with you.
• We pay$51, or more, based on experience.
• Plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, PTO, and 401k with match.
• We have been in practice for 31 years and have folks on staff who have been with us anywhere from 4 years to 26 years.
• This is a wonderful place to work and we all work well together.
• We pride ourselves on being a Lecture Free practice. We do not punish or lecture our patients for needing dental care. We are happy to have them in our office and gently educate them but never lecture them.
• We do not push treatments. No pressure. You are not asked to, or expected to, sell anything.
• We are open to all levels of experience including recent graduates.
• Our hygienists get an hour with each patient and our patients are predominately over the age of 25 and in great oral health. Very few patients under 18 and if they need anything more than one filling we refer them to a Pediatric dentist. As such, you will find you have plenty of time to do your work, converse with the patients, get your charts done and prep for the next without feeling rushed.
• Mondays are also assisted hygiene.
• We are booked for hygiene through January. You will never be sitting idle with nothing to do.
