Expanded Duties Dental Assistant – Sign-on Bonus

We are seeking a full-time Expanded Duties Dental Assistant with a background in general dentistry to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This full time position involves providing chairside assistance to the dentist, ensuring the highest level of patient care and comfort. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our patients.

Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday with 1 Saturday per month. Hours: Mon-Thurs 8a-5pm, Fr-Sat 8a-2pm
• Base Wage: Working FT up to 40 hours per week, potential earning opportunities from $52,000 to $62,500 in annual rewards, with a starting hourly wage of $22-$30 per hour.
• Bonus eligibility: Up to $2,000 in annual compensation via select bonus programs.
• Signing Bonus: We will provide a $2,000 sign-on bonus as an incentive.
• Loyalty Bonus: As an incentive, you can receive a $5,000 loyalty bonus. * Restrictions apply, and criteria must be met to qualify for this bonus.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) in general dentistry.
• X-Ray certification.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus, but not required.
