Human Resources Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sierra Vista, AZ. This role plays a crucial part in supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth administrative functions within the department. Responsibilities include assisting with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records. You will coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate communication. Processing employee paperwork related to hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will help organize and maintain HR documentation and electronic filing systems, respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits, and support HR projects and initiatives.

Compensation $15.84 Per Hour plus

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED required

· Three (3) years of administrative experience

· One year human resources experience (6 months preferred)

· Once year experience in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft 365 Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Planner, OneDrive, Outlook)

· Any combination of education and/or experience that provides the necessary skills
