General Practice Information:
Solo Provider Practices; 1 Full-Time Hygienist; 4 Dental Assistants. Very busy practices with fully supported clinical team and front office staff. 8-10 operatories. 2024 Provider Production- $1,200,000- $1,600,000. All age patients seen in practice. Monday-Friday, including 2 Saturdays a month. Fully digital practice with iTero, AI Overjet, and Lasers. Full Clinical Autonomy. Robust Mentorship with JDO’s most experienced providers.

Industry-Leading Compensation: Greater of a competitive monthly base or production percentage; Experienced doctors regularly earn over $350,000 annually, with some new graduates making $250,000+; NO production targets or quotas
Technology: 3D iTero scanners, CBCT (in select practices), Overjet AI, Lasers (we cover your certification cost)
