Michael Downing provides medical recruitment and consulting at Infinity Resources Professional. Infinity Resources, a regional staffing and business consulting organization, was founded in Erie, Pennsylvania by the Farrell Family in 1960. Today, the company touches employment lives through 17 staffing centers throughout PA, OH, and NY annually employing over 5,500 individuals in industry, business offices, tech centers, and other careers through temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement activities that are "Matching Great People with Meaningful Careers". A separate consulting division provides human resources and business consulting. Medical recruitment and consulting services were added in 2020.
